Perfect for a last night or a start to your holiday. Only a short drive from airport and taxi there was reasonable and on time, even with us needing an early morning pickup. Staff very friendly. Hotel is very nice with great landscaping. There are some gorgeous rooms in the older part but newer part very comfy. Shower was a bit odd in configuration.
Fantastic grounds to lose yourself in. historical bits around the garden's to find. The staff are welcoming and easy to chat with. rooms are good bed is comfortable the dining is really nice good size. affordable rooms. Overall had a blast would stay again.
Booked this hotel for my son to get an early morning flight from the airport. Arrived at 3pm and what a warm welcome we received from Reception, we were taken to our superior twin room which was located on the ground floor, the room was spacious, warm and had really comfy beds. We had a lovely evening meal in the bar area, food was tasty and plentiful. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay the whole night as my son was taken ill and required an ambulance to hospital. I would personally like to thank the wonderful Lotte who phoned the ambulance, assisted with keeping my son safe and supported me throughout the difficult time, she stayed with us until the ambulance door was closed. Lotte you are a credit to the hotel! I would definitely return for a hopefully less eventful stay in the near future.
Friendly helpful staff upon arrival, I booked two rooms that were clean with very comfortable beds give us all a great nights sleep. Other guests slamming doors was a bit noisy but that's not really the establishments fault. Will definitely stay again when passing.
